Update Log

Week of 2025-08-11
Fixed major bugs in populateSpecDropdown and the way data is collected from processes data. There were issues after addding alternate processes that were causing the program to "grab" the first available data block instead of parsing the correct process.
Suffixes list has been updated to accomodate the populateSpecDropdown function. This keeps from having to add multiple identical processes under different headings, etc. So now the data is structured to include steps, e.g. -32 (Solution Heat Treat. Precipitation Harden.) is identified as "32" and "contains" operations 17 and 31.
Fixed Incoloy 919 Alloy entries

Updated "applicable alloys" logic
Suffixes -81 and -82 have been added; logic to modify suffix even listening has been added so ONLY material specs applicable to the suffix appear as options, and so that users aren't able to generate false processes.

Properties have been updated and linked to processes.
Aluminum alloys no longer show unnecessary properties.
Properties should not be showing up for any -15/stress relief processes at this time. This will be updated for titanium alloys PRN.
LCS properties to follow!

Update log added.
Major stress relief update implemented!
Tool now supports suffix -15 and variants A through L with validation, rendering, and data-driven selection.
Had to remove a titanium reference in the logic that shouldn't have been there.
Victory screams were heard in every metallurgical dimension.
Data file went from a paltry 200-something lines to 4500+.
Individual data for specific alloys needs to be updated (like 11-15G for Inco 718).

Initially, I thought we would be able to get away with a table + alloy variant; however, due to the way PWA 11 is written and specifically appendicies F and G, each and every alloy viariant has to have its own set of stress relief instructions (for each and every stress relief option variant)... this is why the data file became so enormous.
